For NHS Appointments:

- If you do not attend 2 appointments, you will be removed from NHS services

- If you attend 10 minutes late, you might not be seen, this is up to the discretion of the clinician and practice team

- If you do not attend an appointment in a set of appointments, your subsequent appointments will be cancelled

For Private Appointments:

- A non-refundable deposit or full payment will be taken for these appointments
